The robotics student kit includes everything your child will need to build a fully functional robot. A series of video instructions will guide your students from the beginning to the end, step-by-step while they engage in hands-on activities to build the robot. Other siblings and/or parents can pitch in and you can turn it into a very fun and engaging DIY family project.
In addition to all the parts (electronic and mechanical), your student will have access to pre-coded programs (code) that can be loaded into the robot to bring it to life. Also, included are detailed programming instructions to make it easy for students to program the robot. Students can easily modify program to create new set of functions that robot can perform. The possibilities are unlimited. Add other hardware components such as video camera and WIFI module to live-stream videos over the internet, microphone to allow robot to accept voice commands, and much more.

Typically we recommend kids 10 years and older but younger kids could also benefit from it.
This Robotics Student Kit includes everything you need to build the robot and bring it to life. It includes,

This robot is programmed to do the following main functions.

Typically 3 to 5 hours to build and program the robot. However, we recommend student follow all the video instructions thoroughly and NOT rush or skip steps. Building of the robot includes delicate electronic components which could be damaged if proper care is not taken. We also provide an 8-week class where students meet with an instructor in live online session once a week. We highly recommend this class especially if your student is just starting out with robotics.
Yes, all the programming needed to bring the robot to life is included. Students will have access to detailed instructions and the actual programs.
Absolutely. As a matter of fact, that is the whole purpose of this kit. We provide programming for some of the basic functions and hope that students will continue to enhance their knowledge by modifying the existing programming code and/or by developing completely new functions. Students could even add additional hardware such as WIFI module, Video Camera, Microphone, sensors etc and program additional functions. We do provide some hints on some of the things students can do to continue to learn more about robotics.
